The Gold used in this Piece is Totally Nickel Free and available in either; solid 14K Yellow Gold or solid 14K White Gold. We use 3/16" Solid 14k Gold balls on this piece however we can make them with any size you like. All of our 14K Gold pieces are Solid 14K Gold even the balls. We do not use hollow balls or hollow shafts that are used by many of the other companies. These barbells are great for Industrial Piercings as well as many others.
